An Introduction
Chetterwood Flowers has evolved over the past few years starting in the back garden for the first couple of years, culminating in the expansion to a two acre flower field within the Tarrant Valley.
What’s better than beautiful British grown sustainable flowers? Not much, with no air miles, pesticides or chemicals we grow a plethora of annual, perennial and foliage for inclusion in your displays. Whether a one off, subscription order or gift or one of our stunning bloom buckets these British grown flowers are for you. We grow alongside nature and within our seasons no air miles here!
Gardening has always been a family passion and we decided that it was time to put all of our experience and dreams into practice. By growing on a larger scale it enables us to share our love of beautiful British grown seasonal flowers with you.
It’s very much a team effort with family members helping sow, pot on, plant out, (the list is endless) and provide copious refreshments.
Behind The Scenes
We grow flowers from seeds, bulbs and tuber to provide you with the best quality blooms to enjoy.
Sustainability is at the forefront of our practices. We are conscious of our soil health and structure, we then add to this with peat-free compost, mulch and organic feed.
We are a proud member of Flowers From the Farm, a fantastic organisation that supports British flower farms and can put you in touch with local growers.
The Seasons
Generally speaking our cut flowers season starts in April and goes through until October, however this is dictated by ever changing weather patterns.
Out of season we will have dried flowers and seasonal offerings including only British grown elements.
We will also be offering workshops (including seasonal offerings) to include flower crowns, wreaths, hand tied bouquets and pick your own sessions.
The Flowers
We grow seasonal British flowers and foliage with no chemicals or pesticides on our two acre patch based in Dorset. We grow annuals and perennials from seed, dahlias from tubers, we have a eucalyptus orchard and cultivated native hedging and shrubs to provide your foliage.
Our dahlia collection is made up of approximately 200 different varieties so you can expect all colours of the rainbow in cactus, ball, anemone and dinner plate varieties. They are a particular passion of ours and the creation of the flower farm stemmed from our love of these stunning flowers.Seasonal Flowers and foliage are picked fresh from our field and conditioned for your arrangement or for you make your own creations from one of our bloom buckets.

Whilst we will endeavour to follow specific colour requests our flowers are seasonal and you can expect a variety of beautiful annuals, perennial flowers and foliage dependent on this.
